Step One Removing the Radiator

REMOVE THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLES and REMOVE THE BATTERY FROM THE VEHICLE Drain the radiator
Remove the upper and lower radiator hose
Remove the overflow tank and power steering reservoir, located on the fan shroud
Remove the four bolts that mount the shroud to the radiator, slide the shroud back to the motor, REMEMBER TO SLIDE THE SHROUD BACK OVER THE FAN PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE RADIATOR
Remove the four upper bolts from the radiator core support, loosen the lower two bolts
Slide the radiator up and out
