Jeep CJ AC Kit Small Block Chevy Engine
Complete air conditioning kit for Jeep CJs with a small block chevy engine swap. If your engine has a compressor already mounted on the engine please see the CJ kit no compressor. This is a complete air conditioning kit that will add a/c to a CJ that does not have air, or it can be used to replace an entire system on a CJ that has an old inoperable system. The kit is designed to work with R-134a refrigerant. **WE WILL NEED TO KNOW IF YOU CJ HAS A LONG OR SHORT WATER PUMP, AND WHICH SIDE OF THE ENGINE THE ALTERNATOR IS ON. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WHEN ORDERING.** A long water pump will have a one inch gap between the timing cover and the back of the water pump. A short pump will sit flush against the timing cover. The kit includes:
- Brand new compressor with oil, and clutch assembly
- Parallel flow condenser
- Oring drier
- Compressor bracket with directions
- High low pressure switch
- Evaporator unit with mounting hardware, controls, and expansion valve
- A/C hoses
- All necessary hardware for installation
